Role playing
There were many interesting concepts from the two chapters. Chapter 11 had a section about role playing. According to the book, role playing allows for its participants to experience and discuss the parts of a problem. I have had assignments where we had to put oursleves in anothers position to figure out the best way to solve a problem. Like last weeks reading, it takes creativity to come up with characters and a plot to effectively solve a problem. Both of these chapters were very informative and there were lots of concepts to choose from.

Hey.....I also was interested in the concept of role-playing but I thought of it a little differently. I thought of it as a way to also solve problems because if we can act out a situation we can see where we could have done things differently. Also it can help us to see things from a different point of view besides our own. Good job on linking this concept from concepts from last weeks lesson because I hadn't thought about it. But you are right that to role-play to solve a problem requires creativity. Without the creativity that is involved then role-playing won't work.
